How do I buy/sell crypto in C2C?

C2C trading provides a convenient channel for buying and selling crypto, allowing you to participate in the marketplace more flexibly. How do I use C2C Express?

Buy crypto in C2C Express

1. Open the app homepage. Select C2C Buy Crypto > Express > Buy. Enter the amount you want to purchase and select the crypto you wish to buy.

2. Select payment method > Select ad/Preview order. After confirming the merchant, select Place order/Confirm. Review the purchase details and select Get payment details. Then, transfer the payment according to the merchant's specified method. After successful payment, select I have paid and wait for the merchant to receive the funds and release the crypto.

Note:

If the crypto's price fluctuates too high at the moment, it may result in an unsuccessful exchange. It is recommended that you perform the conversion yourself using the Convert feature. The Convert path is as follows:

• On the web version, select Trade > Convert to proceed.

• On the app version, select Main Menu > Convert to proceed.

Sell crypto in C2C Express

1. At the app Homepage. Select C2C Buy Crypto > Express > Sell. Select the quantity of crypto you want to sell or enter the amount you wish to sell (if you have insufficient funds, select Select Funds).

2. Tap Select payment method and choose your preferred payment option. Then tap Select ad/Preview order to confirm the information. If everything is correct, select Place order and wait for the buyers to make the payment.

3. After the buyer makes the payment: Check the payment status yourself. Once confirmed, select I have received the payment to complete the order.

How to use P2P trading?

Buy crypto

1. At the app Homepage, Select C2C Trading > C2C > Buy - choose a suitable merchant and select Buy.

2. Enter the required amount of crypto in either the Amount or Quantity field. Pay attention to the merchant's required "Payment Method" and "Payment Duration." Select 0 Fee Purchase to generate the order, then click Get Payment Details. Make the payment according to the merchant's account. After a successful payment, select I Have Paid and then select Confirm Transfer. The merchant will release crypto once they receive the payment.

Sell crypto

1. At the app Homepage, Select C2C Trading > C2C > Sell - choose a suitable merchant and select Sell.

2. Enter the amount or quantity of the crypto you want to sell. Select Sell with 0 Fees. Choose your payment method, then select Next to confirm the sale information. If everything is correct, select Confirm. The platform will automatically match you with a merchant, and you will wait for the buyers to make the payment.
